Project overview:

This project is located in Baltimore, MD, and consists of a vehicle repair shop and a retail shell building with three leasable commercial spaces. DeltaQ Engineering was contracted to provide full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services along with energy code compliance calculations. The project is currently under city review.
