This project is the change of use from hotel/motel to apartment building. The project is located in Orlando, FL and includes 212 apartment units and community recreational area. DeltaQ Engineering was contracted to provide full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services along with energy code compliance calculations. The project is currently under city review.
