The apartment project is located in La Mesa, CA, and includes 18 residential units with commercial space on the ground floor. DeltaQ Engineering was contracted to provide full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services along with energy code compliance calculations. The project is currently in the construction-drawing preparation phase.
