The hotel project is located in Encinitas, CA, and includes 122 bedrooms, breakfast area and office remodel. DeltaQ Engineering was contracted to provide full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services along with T24 report for renovation. The project is currently in the construction phase.
