Project overview: The gas station is located in the center of Indio, CA, and includes a retail store, break room, coffee shop, and dining area. DeltaQ Engineering was contracted to provide full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design services along with energy code compliance calculations. The project is currently is under city review.
